This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products purchased through the Exo Bazar Platform. By placing an order with Exo Bazar, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Delivery Areas
1.1. Exo Bazar currently delivers to select areas in major Indian cities, including but not limited to Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata.
1.2. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your PIN code on our Platform before placing an order.
1.3. Exo Bazar reserves the right to modify, expand, or restrict our delivery areas at any time without prior notice.
2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1. Exo Bazar offers various delivery options, including same-day delivery, next-day delivery, and scheduled delivery slots.
2.2. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM, subject to slot availability in your area.
2.3. Standard delivery slots are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. You can select your preferred delivery slot during checkout.
2.4. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and high order volumes may affect delivery times.
3. Delivery Charges
3.1. Delivery charges vary based on your location, order value, and selected delivery slot. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3.2. Exo Bazar offers free delivery on orders above ₹499, subject to terms and conditions.
3.3. Additional charges may apply for express delivery or delivery to remote areas.
3.4. Exo Bazar reserves the right to modify delivery charges at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS and email.
4.2. You can track the status of your order through the "My Orders" section of your account on the Exo Bazar Platform.
4.3. For orders in transit, you will receive real-time updates via SMS and email, including when your order is out for delivery.
5. Delivery Process
5.1. You agree to provide accurate delivery information, including a valid address and contact number.
5.2. You or your authorized representative must be present at the delivery location during the selected delivery slot to receive the order.
5.3. Our delivery personnel may contact you via phone if they face any difficulties locating your address or if there are any issues with the delivery.
5.4. If you are not available to receive the order during the selected delivery slot, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
6. Order Verification
6.1. You are advised to check all items at the time of delivery to ensure they match your order and are in good condition.
6.2. If you find any discrepancies or quality issues with the delivered products, you should notify our delivery personnel immediately or contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries
7.1. If we are unable to deliver your order due to your unavailability, incorrect address information, or any other reason attributable to you, we may charge a redelivery fee for subsequent delivery attempts.
7.2. If we are unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts or if you cancel the order after it has been dispatched, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover the cost of processing and handling.
7.3. For perishable items that cannot be redelivered, we reserve the right to dispose of the products and charge you for the order.
8. Product Substitutions
8.1. In case a product in your order is unavailable, we may offer a suitable substitute of equal or higher value at no extra cost, subject to your approval.
8.2. You have the option to accept or reject substitutions at the time of delivery.
8.3. If you reject a substitution, you will not be charged for the unavailable item.
9. Contactless Delivery
9.1. Exo Bazar offers contactless delivery options for your safety and convenience.
9.2. For contactless deliveries, our delivery personnel will place your order at your doorstep, ring the bell, and step back to maintain a safe distance.
9.3. Payment for contactless deliveries must be made online at the time of placing the order.
10. Force Majeure
Exo Bazar shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, civil unrest, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
11. Changes to Shipping Policy
Exo Bazar reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Shipping Policy.
