3.4. You agree to provide accurate delivery information and ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery slot.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices listed on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Exo Bazar reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4.3. Payment for orders can be made through the payment methods available on our Platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4.4. Exo Bazar uses secure payment processing services, but we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your payment information.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, you may request a return at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving your order.

5.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, typically within 5-7 business days.

5.3. Exo Bazar reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the products have been consumed, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.

8.3. Exo Bazar shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, or government actions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exo Bazar, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of any rights of a third party.
